You always hope it doesn’t happen, but it does… you missed the newborn window for portraits. This mama called me in a panic because she had wanted newborn portraits but her photographer wasn’t calling her back to schedule an appointment. By the time she finally gave up and called me, Miss Eileen was already 2 month old; several weeks past the newborn window. I assured her that while we probably wouldn’t get those curly newborn poses, we would still get amazing portraits documenting her precious little baby girl. We scheduled right away and Miss Eileen delivered! What a joy she was to work with!

Mom requested that we not do the traditional girlie colors, so I got right to work on these sweet crochet bonnets in a gorgeous red and green 🙂 She looked adorable in these colors!

They only get bigger from here! Capturing these itty bitty pieces is always a must no matter what age!And we were still able to get some sweet sleeping poses too!
